Our Conservatory design service is completely free of charge and you should feel under no obligation to purchase from us. However, if you do go ahead with one of our designs, we will apply for and obtain Planning Permission (if required) for you and oversee the whole project to make sure everything runs smoothly. We employ dedicated tradesmen who are polite, tidy and respectful of you and your property.

Things you may want to think about when considering the style of conservatory you might like.

What will you use your conservatory for?
Conservatories can be useful for so many reasons, with modern materials and heating systems it is now much more than somewhere to spend afternoons. You might like an extra living room, dining room, a children’s playroom, office or even a pool enclosure! Knowing the use you intend for your conservatory will help us make sure you have enough room.

If you already have ideas about the furniture you might like to put in you conservatory please let us know so that we can build sufficient space into the design.

Heating, lighting & power socket requirements, floor & wall finishes.

How much garden are you willing to sacrifice
As with all types of extensions, building a conservatory will mean losing some of your garden space.

Our design service is completely free and you are under no obligation to buy from us!

Once we’ve established your needs, budget and available space, we draw up CAD designs and computer-generated photographs of how the conservatory will look! That way you will know exactly what to expect from us. When we have put together some designs and images for you to see, we’ll provide an estimate of costs for various design options. Then the final decision rests with you!

Building Your Conservatory

Once you’re ready to go ahead and you’ve chosen your final design the real work begins. Where applicable we’ll apply for and obtain Planning Permission (if required) .We know our builders and fitters are polite, tidy and respectful, and proud to be craftsmen. Our clients invariably praise them, and they’re nice people to work with, so you need not worry about a thing.

We use computer-generated plans to assure accuracy and levels when laying the foundations for your conservatory. We will make sure all the brickwork closely matches your house as well as possible and on angles we use squint bricks, so your conservatory is attractively and properly founded.

We use modern materials, insulated security double glazing throughout with key lockable high security window and doors. The conservatory roof glazing is available in many choices of insulated and heat retardant finishes. We also pay careful attention to the important matter of ventilation. We create conservatories for you to enjoy throughout the seasons.

After-care Service

Because we spend so much time getting to know you during the design process, we really do care for our customers and your satisfaction is important to us. Once your conservatory is finished, should you have any problems or concerns in the future please contact us and we’ll do all we can to resolve these without delay.
