Iron Glaze: Warmer Roof

What Is Warmer Roof?

Warmer Roof is an alternative roofing option for your conservatory that combats the issues many conservatories face. This “warm roof” design was conceived through the use of a pod system (patent granted) finished off externally with lightweight tiles, which are available in a wide range of colours to match your home.

How It Works

Step 1 – Replacing your Old Roof

Step 2 – Install the supporting beams to the existing Conservatory Frame

Step 3 – Insulation is then located glued and bolted into position

Step 4 – A waterproof, breathable felt membrane is then installed

Step 5 – Eaves Protection is installed and tiling is added

Step 6 – EPS is added alongside plasterboard ready for plastering

Why Choose Warmer Roof?

Warmer Roof is unrivaled in its looks and most importantly, thermal performance.

This is a popular style conservatory with its classic, clean lines. This conservatory offers an ideal way to maximise space in your home.

Many Homes feature a sizeable conservatory that doesnt quite make the grade. They are often let down by their age which then affects the overall aesthetics and value of the property. This finished conversion of an Edwardian-style conservatory shows what can be achieved without having to start from the beginning.
